BREAST CANCER NAVIGATION MAP
A diagnosis of breast cancer can be overwhelming, stressful, and above all, confusing. Decisions must be made quickly, and there is a huge amount of information to absorb. For the first time, women have access to a simplified, user-friendly overview of the entire breast cancer journey. The Breast Cancer Navigation Map was created by a team of medical professionals and breast cancer survivors to help women and their loved ones picture the road ahead.
From coping with your diagnosis, preparing your treatment plan and all the way through post treatment, the map clearly identifies where key decisions must be made and how those decisions will affect the rest of your journey. The map also recommends supplementary reading materials and resources that relate to each step along the way.
