FELLOWSHIP FUNDING

The quality of tomorrow's breast cancer researchers and front-line health care workers depends upon the support and training young professionals receive today. Not only are recipients of Ontario Region fellowships gaining expertise through advanced and specialized training in the breast cancer field, they are also making significant contributions to our knowledge and understanding of breast cancer.

Some of the areas pursued by fellowship recipients include graduate study; innovative research; improved clinical practice, including learning; or new methodologies for diagnosis and treatment.
